How we research
For product-specific facts, we prioritize the current product label and current purchase information. For general health or ingredient background, we prefer FDA, NIH/NCCIH, PubMed-indexed research, EPA, CDC and recognized medical or public-health organizations.
What we do not do
We do not fabricate star ratings, review counts, doctor endorsements, scarcity, product availability or clinical claims. We do not represent ingredient research as proof of a finished multi-ingredient supplement unless a finished-product trial actually supports the claim.
