Check the product identity
Confirm that the bottle name, net contents and visual identity match the Breathe product you intend to purchase. Marketing graphics can be reused or updated, so the physical label is the more important reference.
Read the Supplement Facts panel
The current label shows a 1 mL serving, 60 servings per container and a 550 mg proprietary blend. It lists the ingredient names but not the amount of each ingredient. Compare that information with our Breathe Supplement Facts guide.
Read directions and cautions separately
Directions tell you how the label says to use the product; cautions tell you who should be careful or seek professional guidance. Do not rely on promotional FAQ wording when it conflicts with the physical label.
Recheck after a reformulation
