Symptoms worth discussing with a clinician
Loud habitual snoring, witnessed pauses in breathing, gasping during sleep, morning headaches and excessive daytime sleepiness can occur with sleep apnea. Not everyone who snores has apnea, but concerning patterns deserve evaluation.
Diagnosis requires more than a symptom checklist
Clinicians consider medical history, physical findings and sometimes a sleep study. A website or supplement cannot diagnose sleep apnea.
General sleep habits still matter
Regular sleep schedules, a comfortable sleep environment and management of alcohol or sedating substances can support sleep quality. Individual medical advice may differ.
Do not replace prescribed therapy
If you use CPAP, oxygen or another prescribed therapy, do not change it because of a dietary supplement claim. Discuss any problems with the treating clinician.
