Breathe Dosage: Current Label Directions

What the current Breathe label says, why the seller FAQ conflicts with it and how to handle that conflict safely.

Most important point: The current label and seller FAQ conflict. This guide prioritizes the label.

Current label directions

Shake well before each use. The current label instructs adults to take 1 mL orally each day, preferably in the morning. It says the contents can be taken directly or used to flavor a beverage. If tolerable, a second serving may be taken later in the day.

Why we do not repeat the higher FAQ directions as advice

The seller FAQ currently states “2–3 mL or 1–3 drops” two or three times per day. Aside from conflicting with the label, milliliters and drops are not equivalent quantities. Reproducing that wording as a recommendation would be irresponsible.

What to do when your bottle arrives

  1. Read the Supplement Facts panel and suggested-use text on the physical bottle.
  2. Check whether serving size or formula differs from this September 2026 transcription.
  3. If you take medication, have a health condition, are pregnant or nursing, discuss use with a qualified professional.
  4. Do not increase intake merely to match a marketing FAQ.

Children and storage

The current label says to keep Breathe out of reach of children under age 12 and store it in a cool, dry place with the cap tightly closed.
